Living Is Worth It!
Sometimes I feel as though my life is worthless and I can’t live anymore. I feel broken and shattered. The feeling of happiness has left my body and hasn’t come back.
My anxiety is more and more persistent, and it takes over my body. It’s taking over my mind, my breath, my heartbeat and my soul. I’m breaking and hurting myself to try and cure the pain inside me.
Why am I like this? Wouldn’t it be better if I just took my life?
That is the question many of us ask ourselves daily.
Every 40 seconds someone is a victim of their own thoughts.
Every 40 seconds someone is giving up on their life.
–So why should I keep on living?
Everyone has the possibility to live a happy life.
You only have to believe that your life is worth living – and believing this will help you move towards the path of happiness.
You are valuable.
Your body, soul, thoughts, and your life are all valuable.
No one can ever take away your value as a person. Despite anything that has happened to you.
You are important. Your thoughts are important, your dreams are important.
What you say is important, how you love yourself is important. You are so much more than you could ever imagine.
One of the hardest things to believe is that the pain will go away. I’ve been there and I want you to know that the pain will go away.
Countless people feel misunderstood and unloved – but we overcame and fought for a way to live without pain.
So, will you struggle? Of course. There will be times when you feel depressed, stressed out, and anxious.
Climbing a mountain isn’t always easy.
If you want to make it to the top, you must climb over the ridges and rocks in your path and yes, you might fall down. You will stand back up again because your goals exceed the difficulties.
At the top, you will remember all you've been through to get there.
You will remember that you’ve found boldness and courage in yourself - you stood up and kept moving towards your dreams.
Without struggling, you may never reach your goals.
It’s worth it to live your life no matter what situation you are in.
You are great and you matter.
